Pilot for a Travel & Cooking Show (Television)
A fantastic job that requires a fantastic presenter! We are looking for a truly fantastic & unique presenter for a pilot of a new travel & cooking show. The concept involves our host travelling through the countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea, tasting local recipes, cooking along with local chefs, discussing food with local people, sightseeing etc. The Production Company are Greek and they intend to use the pilot to seek a broadcaster in the USA, Canada and/or Asia.
- Production dates: Shooting the pilot – In Santorini (Greek Island) between 10th and 25th July. FYI – Should the show be picked up, it will consist of 13 shows, all shot in different countries, between October 2012 and June 2013.

Presenter (25 – 45 years old)
An experienced TV presenter, 25 to 45 years old. Male or female. MUST BE: Someone with a foodie background; chef/ex-chef/food journalist etc. Gastronomically educated. PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD! Well traveled (especially around Europe) and at least bilingual (ideally multilingual!). Spanish, French, Italian being the most of interest (along with English). A communicative, outgoing and adventurous personality. Instantly engaging and likeable. Our host will be interacting with (cooking, chatting, learning from) a diverse range of people, from world famous chefs to local farmers; fishermen, artists and more. So, someone very special!

- Agreements: For the pilot – 300 Euros per shoot day. Rest & travel days paid. All expenses covered. Potentially a higher fee is available for a ‘name’. Plus an agreement to commit to the show, should it get picked up by a broadcaster. Further fees for this to be negotiated in good faith.
